We have a 30-day return policy and exchange policy if you are not satisfied by the purchased product. You are able to exchange the bought product for any other product. If the product being exchanged for exceeds the total amount you will have to pay the difference and if it is less you will be refunded the differance. For returns you will recive a full refund upon our receival and proof of purchase of returned product, provided it is not damaged other than manufacturer defects.

We offer shipping insurance for all orders to ensure you get what you are purchasing. If package is lost there will be an investigation to find out why it was lost and we will resend you the product, if investigation comfirms you did not recive the purchased product.
